Norris had 4 tracklimits and getting a black flag (with a 5 second penalty )and when they crashed Verstappen didn't turn right when the track turned richt. Just watch Peter Winsor.

Dear gentleman I want to ask you to enlighten me on something I do not understand very well and that is the expression ‘moving under braking’. I do hear this all the time and you all three seem to understand exactly what it means but I do not. English is not my native tongue and maybe that is the cause of my misunderstanding. I heard a Belgian journalist on a podcast of some of your fellow countryman saying that he always thought that the idea of the ruling was that a driver is not allowed to move in the braking space of the driver that was following him. I am not clear of what sort of move he was speaking. In a recent interview on Dutch television I heard Max Verstappen saying that he did not moved under braking but that he moved first and that he after he repositioned the car he came of the throttle and that slowed the car down because his position was uphill on a climbing slope. Now I still do not know what is exactly ment by moving under braking / or is it braking under moving? What sort of moving? Zig/zag? To the left, to the right? Is it maybe.forbidden to change direction in a certain area like after the 100. >. 50 > meter marks? After the white line? In the braking area? Before or after a corner? Is there a certain area or position in which it is prohibited to braking a tow (to brake up a slipstream)? Is it possible that people understand the meaning of “moving under braking” differently? I am from the Netherlands and my school English is rudimentary so please if you can enlighten me to bring my knowledge up to date, Thanking you in advance, Jeroen Bons.

Max is fine when his car is 10 seconds a lap quicker than the rest. Different story when it's wheel to wheel. He has never been able to drive fair when wheel to wheel. He would rather wreck the cars than let someone pass. It was Hamilton, now it's Norris. In truth it could be any other driver. Redbull are a truly toxic team
and FIA is a big JOKE ...
