- Hello friends, welcome to the iconography tutorial. In this tutorial, I teach you how to create line/stroke icons using an icon template. I explain to you how to properly use the icons template and how to create line icons within that template and maintain the unique proportions for all the icons. This tutorial is for UIUX designers, UI designers, graphic designers web designers, mobile app designers, and those who are looking to learn icons design and want to become UIUX designers. Icons design is a very major part of UIUX design.
Every major app has its unique icons for example icons in Figma. cart icons in eCommerce sites and like that many wells noticed icons that created their benchmark in apps.
You can use the same process in any software to create the icons.

what size frame do you use?
He's using 512 x 512 px, i would not recommend designing at such big frame size, if you're drawing line icons that have adjustable stroke the drawing at 24 x 24px is much more preferable or at 36px, 48px depending on your needs and use case..
@@iamfaisalnafisif i am drawing at 24 by 24 px, how thick should the stroke be? I am drawing at 24px with 2px stroke thickness, as I read it on a website, but somehow it seems too thick. Do let me know if it is alright.
Also, when can i draw at 36px or 48px? Is drawing at 24, 36 or 48 just personal preference? What should the stroke thickness be? (For each)

@@aqsairfan8359 Use 1.0, 1.25 or 1.5 max. 2px is too thick for line icons and at that point you're better off using solid/filled icons instead
