History of the Black Russian:
This Famous Cocktail was born in the Metropoli hotel in Brussels in 1948. Its creator was the bar manager Gustave Tops, who prepared the first black Russian for the attractive ambassador of the United States, Perle Mesta, who loved it very much. . drink coffee and cocktails with vodka, then Gustave tops, it occurred to him to mix and combine these ingredients to entertain her (and also to get her a little drunk), this fusion loved Perle Mesta and all the clients and tourists who visited the Hotel bar . Metropoli in Brussels, Gustave Tops received many rewards and also formed the UBB (Brussels Bartender Union) which helped all Bartenders who are working to Regularize, he also collaborated for the UBB to be part of the Recognized IBA Association (International Bartending Association) 🤝👍
