Nepeta and Equius were so cute!!!! The meowrails were done perfectly in this, especially Equius carrying Nep on his back and aaaaaaa!
LOL like how everyone in the audience is silent and when Gamzee comes on the stage they are all like ASFNGDVL'KBN
DAT CAPE TOSS. Give it up to the cosplayer who played the Black King. He is the best.
I love how casually Gamzee just walks off stage, perfectly in character!
aah the moment with sollux and aradiabot was just perfection with how synchronized it was to the beat of the song and the actions and auugghhh love it

This is so cool! Everyone was perfect! And everyone nailed the pre-attack crouch stance perfectly! Vriska and Gamzee were so epic!
I GOT CHILLS WHEN GAMZEE GOT ON STAGE HE DOMINATED WITH 2 CLUBS HOLY MOTHER OF GOD I love how like almost every comment is about Gamzee XD good to know I'm not the only one who replayed his like 10000 times
I enjoyed all of this :D But-- The Gamzee was really terrifying for some reason xDD
And finally how Vriska lingers last and late, the spider waiting to finish off her trapped and weakened prey. Love her little head toss at the end of her fight: “Yeah, I thought so.” The music was spot-on as well, and it was really just wonderful to watch.
Props to the King too, his movement was excellent!
This was choreographed incredibly well, and was a good use of the resources you had. I especially enjoyed the clever representation of Sollux's and Aradia psionics/telekinesis.
the fact that they included that it was the Bard of Rage who delivered the most damaging blow during the fight with the black king really made this video for me!! oh man, someday if we could see the actual battle with the black king i'd be so happy you have no idea that would be so badass

Sollux and Aradia’s designs are wonderful; I love the use of cloths to represent their powers. Gamzee spinning those clubs was terrifyingly perfect, as well as how he strikes hard without even seeming to think twice. He’s lost to any other cause; there’s no stopping him.
I know this is over a year old, but I honestly have to say that the choreography is fantastic. Even the lineup of the characters is perfect:
Karkat starts, wanting to prove himself, the courageous little soldier. You can almost imagine him arguing with the others before the battle: "I’M THE LEADER AND I’LL GO FIRST. I CAN HANDLE HIM!" He's small but fierce, and strikes a good blow, even though he gets knocked around in the end.
I love all of these cosplays and the fluidity of the movements and how in sync they all are! The Black King, especially, given they were on stage the entire time and had such realistic reactions when he was hit or like when Vriska took his weapon away ahhh
Seriously you guys this is absolutely incredible. This was pulled off perfectly, and was insanely entertaining. I cant tell you how exciting and amazing this was. Each character had a specific way they carried themselves, Vriska was confident, Karkat was furious, Gamzee was nonchalant and Sollux and Aradia were creative and wonderful. I cant believe they were able to pull this off so well. Excellently done. I appluad them all. yay huge comments!
I seriously could just watch Gamzee's part over and over. The whole thing was awesome but there is just something about the combination of the song with twirling the clubs that makes it epic.

This needs more views. There are not enough words to describe how simply amazing it is. All the cosplays are great, the music gave me goosebumps (in a good way) and the fights were wonderful (the Gamzee was great with their clubs, and Nepeta and Equis were adorable). Seriously, this video needs about 10,000 more views and likes.

All the characters are perfect in their acting, especially the tavros at the end flinching, totally in character right there.
It's so awesome how sollux, aradia and the black king back up when gamzee shows up, and the gamzee swing his clubs sincronized with the music, it's so fucking beautiful.

Wow, I got chills at the end when all twelve trolls came out and had the Black King surrounded. This was so great, and it just got better and better.

I am absolutely speechless. That was the best cosplay performance I have ever seen. Every single character was perfect, just every movement was in character. Not one moment was ooc

...and here are compliments to prove that yes I actually enjoyed this and I definitely respect the time and effort put into assembling and rehearsing a skit. Eridan and Feferi had kickin' costumes and good stage chemistry. Equius' and Nepeta's part leading up to that was well-choreographed (I liked how they ducked down to let the royalty in!). Neat psychic effects with the fluttery cloths, too. The ending with all the trolls was total KODAK MOMENT and I hope a picture of that shows up soon!
The things I love about this skit:
I love how Karkat and Terezi fought together
I love how awesome Tavros looked as he swung his lance
I love how Kanaya's approach seemed innocent at first
I love how Equius and Nepeta came in, they looked so adorable~
I also love how Feferi's skirt flows as she moves
I love how Eridan looked so intent on protecting Fef at the end of their part
I love how amazing Sollux and Aradia was.
I loved how badass Vriska and Gamzee were.

I still love the fact that they brought this song to life.
Great production of the battle, and you all did a great job of matching with the song. I especially loved the ending with everyone getting up on stage to finish off the Black King.
I love how Eridan and Feferi were working together to stop the Black King. And when the King was about to kill Eridan, Feferi jumped in and saved him. That melted my heart.
This. This is the best Homestuck skit I have ever seen.

Terezi following is wonderful, and I had to grin when she snuck off with the King’s chair, even it was OOC. Tav gives his all, and even though it’s not nearly good enough my heart swelled with pride when he pointed that lance with determination.
Kanaya was focused wrath, and of course gets a good dig in with her chainsaw. I love how Equius and Nepeta fight together, along with Eridan and Fef - who move with the grace and confidence befitting royal seadwellers. I got chills watching them all!
I loves the part with Nep and Equius, but when Eridan and Fe came on stage I felt like crying. This is better than some of the movies I've seen.

I love that they included that.We don't know much of the actual battle other than that Gamzee just sorta wandered in, smacked the black king one and did some awesome damage then zoned out again.
Again, I think he was godtier all along.
... there are no words in any language of this, or any other, universe that can express how AWESOME this was.

@sizliz This was way too spectacular for your guys's own good. The presentation looks really well-made and I can tell you all put tons of effort into doing this for your audience. Your costumes looked great, the weapons were phenomenal, and everyone did a great job. I'd like to give special applause to the choreographer as she probably spent a whole bunch of her time trying to make things clean and sharp. Creativity level here was off the charts. Great job, you guys!!

Oh my god, oh my god. This gave me chills all the way down my spine! The excecution and the timing was so perfect, it reminded me of the Hetalia perfomance at Genki 2010, of which I have spoke very highly of, and which I keep very dear.
The opening was kinda slow but that was possibly the most awesome thing I have ever watched! Props to your Eridan for having made this possible.

This is a beautiful performance! I wish I could see it live! I've never seen something so amazing in my life. If I were to watch this live I would be in tears because of it's sheer beauty. I have so much more I want to say about this video but sadly I only have 213 characters remaining.

It always brings a tear to my eye when I think about how much this fanbase has grown in the past two years. I remember when we were just an exclusive fanbase laughing at missing-arm jokes.
