I could listen to this conversation (or likes of these - discussing films), go to sleep while listening to them and listen again after waking up. These make sense when you have watched almost all the films in the month and you can also check your notes. Wonderful. More of these please and ask Rahul to leave his camera shyness as well for this.
More to come 😊
The villain in fighter actually looked out of a shampoo commercial, his hair kept flowing and his conjunctivitis infected eye were what kept distracting. Deepika is massively underutilized in Fighter, but overall it was a timepass watch.
Merry Christmas was a fun watch, I was invested in the movie throughout and I think it had an emotional and funny tone to it.
Btw y is this Pratyush dressed for a Garba night.
its a traditional Tibetan clothing for men, I think he looks quite lovely in it
I miss The Late Take segment. It was so much fun with Anmol. Hope to see that segment soon🤗
Anmol is full of shit. She did good to pard ways with him😂
@@mpmayankpatel9031 i rolled my eyes when i saw he had done a whole video essay on the downfall of koffee with karan lmao. like wat?? R we really now at a pt where we need to have clickbait, analysis videos on the most silly, time-pass talk show to ever exist?
@@starsimvidzthen see him defending Kabir Singh and Animal
Wish you people employed people with different voices. Everyone has the same opinions and validates each other's takes without adding anything meaningful to the discussion. What a chore to sit through.
I live for these discussions ❤
LOVE THIS. MORE OF THIS PLEASE!!!
We want more of this. Please. Regularly.
I love Anupama’s sweatshirt!
So anupama didnt even watch Fighter on imax?? A movie whose aerial action sequences were made keeping 3D in mind? The Imax 3D experience is out of the world.
Missing Jammy ❤
The Kriti Sanon movie is American version call wired science - with Anthony Michael hall - it’s a late 80s movie
"Dread hi nahi hai!" .. LOL.. Anupama with these one liners. Someone give her a cameo in movie now!
So the LJP-Mohanlal movie didn't make the cut!!!
Nice. Do This Every Week. 👍
Instead of pratyush whr aren't u guys bringing Jammy again
Ew no that dude is cringe. I like Pratyush’s subtlety and he is way more articulate
No pratyush is great and he should stay and definitely not bring that cringe guy again
Coz he liked Fighter. That will not suit their agenda
Pratyush is good and eloquent!
@@meerajrules27 Fighter was a shite film and it is evident from its box office numbers
Love love his mustard color shirt
Superstar Mahesh babu just killed it in Guntur karam and is preparing for the magnumopus of his with the legendary Rajamouli!
I miss the late take with Anmol Jamwal! Please bring that back
It would be great if all movie reviews could be done like this to get multiple perspectives
Who are these DOUBLE DHOLKI ?
Why you guys didn't talk about Hi Nanna?
Loved how Anupama highlighted her focus on finding delicious vegan food. So relatable ❤️🙌🏾😍
indian movies should be made by people who have been unconsiously been matured in their isolated immediate society. not by westernized elites and wannabe westernized globalised hinglish speaking groomed local people who consume foreinger content and culture and has changed their self image, world view and behaviour
Indian masala movie - ak hero hota h ak villain hota aur concept k naam pe kuch nhi hota hb
I agree with Sachin, the good parts you liked so much, that you could overlook the shrillness in the second half. Immerse in the dog fights.
Anupama seems to be splitting hairs to justify her bad review which anyway talked more about Top Gun than Fighter. You are too much in love with Shah Rukh to be objective.
Such amazing chemistry. Love the banter ❤
I do disagree guntur karam mostly work for me because of Prakash raj's king Lear type figure which are hard to pull off in indian masala cinema. beyond they are bad stuff like bad filler portions which are in all of trivikrams films it's not a loss sum movie it does have its highs.
19:26 steep decline last half an hour seriously? really guys?
most of them it's where films has worked
Loved fighter
Pratyush lengthens the short criticism
You speak of romance and no one mentioned and saw Hi Nanna?
🙄
They are talking about movies released in January of this year.
When are you bringing anmol here?
Missing that tried and refused productions guy
What absolute rubbish. Fighter is way better than both War and surely Pathaan. I lover srk but pathaan is overrated.
This was lovely ❤ Can't wait for the Feb issue.
Has Rahul left FC?😢😢😢
You people just don’t know how to review a masala movie especially Mr Dictionary Pratyush
Female heroic moment...Just wait for Vasan bala's jigra to come out... 🙏
Why bollywood is missing perfection like Hollywood and korean commercial cinema?
3:47 they talk about war that’s old movie …why you talk old movie 😐
❤❤ nice
We need to have these shows in Hindi. Too much English going on.
Anupama, your reasons for not liking Fighter is just plain silly n frankly irresponsible opinion of a critic.
Film is subjective, she can say she didn't like the film and the reasons were also very valid
@@neeldas9043 valid but silly. She was nitpicking honestly without even talking about the strong visual aspects of the movie. Her review sounded as if she was annoyed by the few hyper dialogues in the end so decided to bash the entire movie. No emotional foundation? Shallow? I mean HOW
@@anand.chaudhari it IS a very shallow plot focussing on beating up the very one note every action movie villain rather than focussing on the characters
@@henilshah5830 lmfaoo doesn't like the very one note no depth villain we've seen in every movie = Pro Pakistani (brain not braining)
If Fighter were an adult movie it would become a Fig hAter
Grinch was a distraction
Pathan was bakwaas. It had no story, SRK was intolerably hammy, and what you call silly was plain ridiculous. Hrithik was gorgeous in War. But Fighter was more complete as an experience.
Fighter - mindless film. 😕
He doesn't bring Hollywood sensibility - he copy pastes from Tom Cruise films - literally. The script was a mashup of Maverick & Top Gin - every non-jingoistic beat that is.
Whole Indian commercial movies are garbage you think rrr and jawan is good ?
we don't have good high concept filmmakers
Prathyush and Suchin hardly like any movies they review 😅
Indian cinema dont have good high concept filmmakers 😂
I love Bollywood. Everyone is a genius.
I get their point but they are looking too much into an action film. An action film if it delivers on breathtaking visuals and stunts then 60% job is done. If lead actor like Hrithik is making it believable then 70% is a good watch. Now remaining 30% one can argue of being mixed to bad but then what is a perfect movie ? A country like INDIA where sensibilities change after every 100kms a maker has to cater to each section for the economics. A song placement which I wont like but there are people who were having good time in the theatre. Till today these guys haven't able to articulate why did they enjoy PATHAAN? Neither the visuals were good, nor the action. Lead star was looking like a B grade actor in a C grade green screen movie. The controversy of Deepika's Orange bikini was the major talking point.
These guys are in influencing position and it feels terrible when they cant objectify everything with pure lens. To be blunt they fanboy SRK movies who is giving Tatti after Tatti and no talks about how corporate booking helped Pathaan which trade people knows.
They are digging too deep into a popcorn action flick. Of course it doesn't meet my political ideology but I am not judging the whole movie based on the final 10 mins of the act. Its a sad sad world we are in and watching them hammering and playing with our mind. This is a subtle way of Brainwashing. Hope they see this comment and I am ready for open discussion.
😂 it didn’t make a difference after few minutes in 3d and look at what these guys are saying. I mean are you for real 😧.
I'm shocked that none of them saw LJP's Malaikkottai Vaaliban 😕
You can do better ma'am
We shot this episode before Malaikottai’s release.
@@prathyushparasuraman797 But Fighter and Vaaliban released on the same date 😕
Fighter is just an ok film
Yes, it has good acting, good aerial action, good drama and bgm
But it had pretty poor storyline, terrible villain, average music and bad climax.
I love hrithik. His acting. I think Since he does not should show his association with the religion he is which I guess is hindu, will do a lot for him. I feel its confused Hence he does not get the audience. He is not from the Khan generation of 90's
You're a very good interviewer but not a good film critic.
