this is a great channel for dark psychology because I'm naturally a light body but I live in a world with individuals who are very dense and use manipulative tactics to gain leverage due to their perceived inadequacy so hearing this helps me to navigate those people rather than internalize

I’m a woman. I grew up with 10 brothers and sisters in a crowded house. I have always needed space and time alone. From the time I was a teenager until now in my 60s… I want my own space. I don’t want to sleep alone or grow old alone, but no matter who I live with, I need my space and time to breathe and think and create.
