The 3 Mandelbrot fractal Power Morphing Methods (Explanation)

- ULTRA FRACTAL CODE (n is the power):
Normal (Mandelbrot):
z = z^n + #pixel
Quasi (Mandelbrot):
z = #pixel - z^n
Spinoff (Mandelbrot):
z = flip(conj(z))^n + #pixel
To get the files of my other formulas coded by me, such as the literal absolute value mandelbrots, I am NOT allowed to have you message me like I said in the video. Just go to my profile and click the link to see the ToC and Downloads. FF profile: fractalforums.org/index.php?a...
The song I used for the normal method is called Don09 and it's from a game called Soup 0.9. The second and third songs I don't know the name of, but I got inspired to use them by MinersHaven, who also does fractal videos.

I call the Spinoff method "Hyperbolic Mandelbrot", because I discovered it when I discovered that sinh(z) = -sin(zi), so the more simplified method of the Spinoff is (zi)^p+c, as I discovered it.
Edit: also the Celtic at 14 minutes isn't the Celtic, the top of the left bulb in the fake Celtic is less dense than the real Celtic.
Hmm. This actually works! Just like I said in the video about Quasi, I thought that would change the Mandelbrot drastically, but it didn't! This makes me wonder if there are more ways to do the Spinoff or maybe even more ways to do the Quasi!
@@Deseptor I just remembered that -z^p+c also makes the Quasi.
@@miners_haven Oh ok. That one makes a little more sense, since instead of subtracting z from c you just put -z and then add c.
About the edit: I know it is not the celtic mandelbrot, I just said it looked like it kind of. I never pulled up the real Celtic and that was just the 3rd power Spinoff Burning Ship.
To make spinoff burning ship all you need is abs z^2 1i^2 +c
7:03 ok jeez
Cool fractals and mods I'm glad that you made this video
A what you call a "3rd power tricorn" should be called a quadricorn
Deceptor must reupload and turn “3rd Power tricorn” to “Quadricorn”.
@@revllanes7354I agree
@@revllanes7354 it’s a tetracorn
Lol idk anything about this but I'ma comment anyway because I know UA-camrs like you love active subs. So I'ma be active just for you bud. :)
Thanks! If you're wondering what happened to me on Discord, let's just say I'm taking a little break. I'll be back 'soon' on a different account.
@@Deseptor oh ok good to know. 👍
Thanks for the sub!
Normal method (0 to 6): Odd to even: new period 2 area. Even to odd: new elephant valley.
Quasi method (0 to 6): Odd to even: new elephant valley. Even to odd: new period 2 area.
Spin-off method (0 to 6): The fractal spins off when the power changes.
Fourmulas:
Normal: z = z^p + c, p = {0, 6}
Quasi: z = -(z^p + c), p = {0, 6}
Spin-off: z = 1i(z^p + c), p = {0, 6}
Wrong formula um
I never uploaded this to UA-cam!
Did you know that the mandelbrot seems to clip when rotated while being at a nom interger power?
What do you mean by "clip"?
@@Deseptor some of the detail will be clipped in unusual ways.

Whats The Formula in spinoff power mandelbrot?
Mandelbrot
The heart fractal shown isn’t actually the heart Mandelbrot, it’s just a tribar
I use XaoS, and I get the spin-off version easily, by only changing the exponent into an imaginary exponent.
I do not think that is the same, try changing the imaginary exponent to a bigger number. It should look like it's covering one half of the whole screen, and not like the spinoff Mandelbrot.
Multiply z by 1i, and then you have it.
MANDELBROT
Are you back in the fractal community again?
@@TheBoringFamily No
Fact: The spinoff method has no minibrots at power 1.35 and under.
I don't think normal or quasi does either
@@Deseptor Normal has no minibrots at power 1.5 and under.
