I have a quick question. I have been to this Colombian empanada spot in Queens New York. They have this green sauce that they give you with the empanadas. It looks like a Puerto Rican Sofrito mixed with a little bit of cream being that it looks creamy. Would you say that it’s the green sauce that you made in this video? I’m curious because I make empanadas at home and love that green sauce I used to have. Also, the sauce was not spicy.

You can use either but I use garlic powder because it's what I usually have on hand.
