Markets are important resource to understand a place and Tai Po is definitely one of the most interesting one. I have been there a few times and it was until I started my UA-cam channel, I realised how big and how nostalgic it is. I will visit it again next time when I go to Hong Kong again. Fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and fresh sesfood etc. are the daily foods I want. This market is full of the foods everyone likes to eat at home.
