Love the colors they just pop with the use of the vellum. The flower die and stencil are beautiful. Thank you Charlene for the inspiration. Lovely card.
Mixed media on vellum… you always bring new surprises… love it! I continually learn something new in your videos. Doing a voice over in the car… now that is dedication!❤ This is definitely a stamp you want the die for, would be too much to fussy cut. The vibrancy of the alcohol ink background takes this card up an entire level. Gorgeous.
Oh. My. Gosh. You ATE this card up! This is one of the best cards I have ever seen and it uses such an amazing technique! Thank you so much for sharing!!!
The textured and inked background made the flowers even more pronounced on the card. Beautifully done! Thank you for the video. I'm saving it to look back on when I try this.
Just wonderful Charlene! I haven't touched my alcohol inks in so long, but I feel inspired to create something with them now! Thank you so much for sharing your work! ❤
Charlene, this card is fantastic!! I never would have thought to do that on vellum! I love the combination of the different elements on one card. Thank you for the hop
Lynn Le Bel Thank you so much for sharing th8s beautiful card! I love Altenew stamps and coordinating dies and especially stencils. They line up so easily and perfect results every time!
This BAG set is fabulous!I have yet to try mix media on vellum. The Stampwheel has been a game changer for me, I find myself crafting more ever since I got it 🤩. Beautiful color combo, your card is fantastic Charlene! Thanks for the inspiration. Have a great day!
Awesome mixed media card! Love the gorgeous freesia flowers and the fabulous color combo you used! I'll be trying out some vellum after seeing your video! Love the effect!
Gorgeous! I love the colors you chose for the flowers. I loved watching the alcohol ink background being created. Not sure what the difference you get between the blending solution and the rubbing alcohol, but its beautiful.
Thank you! ❤️ Blending solution takes less time to dry than the alcohol so it’s good for spreading the color farther across the vellum. If I was using more than one color the blending solution would also allow more time for the colors to mix. 🙂
Thank you! I was too before I first tried them. They really are a lot easier than they seem. There is no "wrong" way to do them. You just play with the blending solution and isopropyl alcohol until you like the way it looks. I hope you try them out! 🙂
Very pretty!
Thanks! 💕
Loved the kit and the vellum with alcohol ink.
Thank you! 🙂
