Love your videos!!! Just a little help with the head install. When you put you new o rings or head gasket rings on you are going to want to put some grease on them. What it does is it helps hold them into place and keeps them lubricated so they dont dry out. Also gives your head a really good seal. Great videos love them all!!!
Dammnn man just catching up on your new uploads that thing is gonna be sweet!!!! I knew you were gonna build the doo but didn't quite realize how bad ass its gonna be. Awesome work as always looking forward to watching your build.
Man your garage is clean ,when i grow up ill have one just like it . Maybe you could talk about your cordless impact wrench ,Ive been wanting one for some time and thought that only one company made them .
im doing a top end rebuild right now, the hardest part it finding and ordering the parts for this sled, other than that, a good experience especially since its my firest time, and im 16
What are the other two small gaskets in your hand at 1:47? Got a top end gasket kit but came with more gaskets than I am familiar with those two in your hand are the last two I have that I can't find where they go. Would love to know. Keep up the great content!
That 3/8 torque wrench didn't fail ? i broke a cam bolt and so did my buddy, it never clicked, so watch out ! I would Return it !, look at the reviews on crappy tire's website lol nice build, ready for the Canadian sledding season over here in sudbury !!
The chassis has no bearing on how the motor is disassembled or reassembled. Almost all two stoke motors are designed the same unless you have a rotax engine with a rotary intake valve.
E-books are terrible. Its so hard to learn reading from a screen. I have one for one of my college classes and I just cant learn off of it. Give me an old book any day.
Very informative. Thanks for mentioning where the 2 shorter head bolts go.
