I have to put my CK100 carb in my Harbor Freight ultrasonic cleaner with distilled white vinegar every couple of months, especially if I let it sit. runs like new every time
Just got one of these for my kid, brand new and was a pain to start and will not run without full cold choke. The second the choke is turned off it dies.
@@StoughBrothersOutdoors Thanks for the reply, I will try to contact them tomorrow to see what they say. I adjusted the idle screw until the cart started moving on its own and backed it off a tad but even if I lift the tires off the ground and give it full throttle as soon as I touch the choke it dies. It's starving for fuel for some reason.
Thanks for this helpful video...and for not editing that mistake out...that was hilarious 😂😂
Maaan!! been waiting for a video like this for 2 years!! I now know I can clean my CK100 carbureator.. thank you for sharing!!, God Bless You.

Coleman has been very responsive when I’ve reach out to them. Message them on Instagram. They’ll respond. Maybe a simple throttle adjustment.

Mine won't idle. Only stays running when throttle engaged.
Adjust the idle screw to idle up a little…
Are their any air/fuel adjustments on these carbs or just the throttle adjustment?
Where do you buy the new carburetor?

Mine wont start I'm trying everything
Did you turn the on/off switch to on? Next to the steering wheel? You need spark to the spark plug and fuel to the carb. Make sure it’s getting both.
