I was interested in how the cutters were made but that wasn't explained here. I had to put up with that annoying, too loud music to find out...not much really.
The die is usually made out of wood. The puzzle pattern is cut into the wood. Blades (rule dies) are inserted into these cuts. The die is loaded in a press and is used basically like a cookie cutter.
Who ever did sound editing is totally fired, yo.
They must have fixed it

I just completed a puzzle I bought a couple years ago (!) from this brand. Like the CEO said, there was NO dust. 👍

Get rid of the music...it doesn't add...it lessens the quality!
Only music in the right speaker, his voice comes out of the left speaker exclusively.

Typical click-baiting. Really told you very little about how they are made, it was more an ad for the biggest company in the US that does make them.
I Love Putting Jigsaw Puzzles together I've done a 1000 piece puzzle together I tried a 2000 piece puzzle but some of the end pieces were missing I like to put puzzles together in my free time It's INTRESTING to see how Jigsaw apuZles are made akim

How is it possible that 10 million puzzles are made every year, but only 75 million puzzles have been made since 1986, as stated. That doesn’t make mathematical sense. Very puzzling.
i came here because I wanted to know if they print the design first, or cut the pieces first. Does anyone know? Also, very cool they are entirely made in the US, from first design to boxing. them up. Makes me want to buy their product.

Thank you for this video. I just bought a puzzle off of Amazon for the first time in probably 45 years and I never thought a manufacturer could hose up a puzzle this badly. I will be looking at buying them direct from you this time.
