Suppose I want to monitor the simulation in a lab PC. I use a laptop for that. But if I close the laptop at night and then open it the next morning; will I have to accept anydesk connection again from the pc? Or can I automatically be connected to the pc?

They can access it as much longer as u want them to. To revoke permissions for connecting to your PC, there are two options:
1: Press the “Clear All Tokens” Button
You can disable this feature entirely by checking the option in the “Security” tab. Please Note: The already existing tokens will not be cleared by doing this, but no new tokens can be generated.
2: Change the Password
Even changing the password to the same password again invalidates all tokens. This is useful if you entered your password on another computer, but the user there does not know the actual password.

1) On the top left of your AnyDesk screen, you will see a bars toggle (☰)
2) In that dropdown list hit the settings button
3) Select the Security option in the sidebar
4) In the permissions section you will find that the "Clear all tokens" button
So it was pretty simple. Hope you understand what I just typed.
