I once downloaded an app that locks you out of your phone. I then proceeded to turn on emergency mode and used the 2 minutes it gave me to delete the app.
@@pari5063 click on your profile top right, then settings, general and you can remind yourself of bed time, or remind yourself to take a break with a timer. that’s for youtube, now im not sure about android but for ios devices you go on settings, screen time, app limits and add a limit to any app you want, and that app will be inaccessible from the time limit you set and will be accessible again after its past that time gap.
mine used to be about 11-13 hrs (most due to me reading novels/mangas on my phone) a day. i managed to drop it down to 3-6 hours a day 😇. the app limit is a life saver and buying a ebook reader helped a lot

I September 17 - September 23. I have 7 hrs and 13 mins of screen time. It is decreased from 1 hr 40 mins on the previous week. On September 10 to 16 with 8 hrs and 53 mins. I will give a weekly report but I aslo have to subtract some time because it is because I allowed someone to used my phone . I aslo have an iPad for school work and personal used ,as well a chromebook and added time. Not bad.

Nah I figured it out. When you don’t completely shut down your electronics then they’ll assume you’re still active everytime you get a notif. That’s why some of our screentimes look like an absurd amount despite us still sleeping and having work/ school.
