Redragon is actually the ultimate budget gaming gear manufacturer. I have two Redragon mechanical keyboards both are modular with removable switches and they cost ~45-50 EUR each.
For like 5$ i would prefer motospeed
Gigabyte mechanical keyboards are better than all of the redragon keyboards. Better switches although no RGB.

It depends on what you look for in a mechanical keyboard. I was looking specifically for a modular keyboard with removable switches (not TKL) and I found that there are not that many options - there is the Glorious GMMK and the two models of Redragon Kala and Devarajas. However the Glorious GMMK is more than double the price.

@@CaveyMoth I gave up quite a while back... was tired of the cords and the chargers and the weird bluetooth issues... bought myself a USB studio mic with a cardioid pickup pattern (filters out most background noise) on a boom and attached it to my desk. Works great... I recommend it to anyone who can't stand a headset for whatever reason. I got the Pod Pack 1 from Marantz which was as low as $20 at one point but somewhere along he line Marantz realized how popular and good it was and jacked up the price. Goes for about $50 now.

@@sub2licklefish921 Well that's a bummer. I mean it IS a pretty cheap mic kit. I think it was only around $20 when it first came out. That being said. I've owned one for quite a while now and I have 3 friends who have picked one up as well. None of us have had an issue with it so far. I'd say you just got unlucky. Warranty replace it and you'll likely not have any more issues.

looks like wallpaper engine. it allows you to have live wallpapers selected form a community and you can make your own. I have been using it for a year, its great

I've had my kit about 6 months now and aside from my cat chewing my headphone cables everything is holding up well.
I would recommend if you're on a budget or don't wanna spend 100 on the corsair one

I had this combo for 3-4 months and I could say I like it. It was a was better upgrade from what I had at the time. Yes there are better things out there but this is a very good budget equipment.

I have a corsair Keyboard(K70) and mouse(M65) with Sennheiser GSP 600. Very solid.
I got the red dragon K522-R RGB, the m65 pro RGB and MM200 and it is amazing. I often time wreck the noobs when I game XD
You guys were too in a rush on the first view. The RGB backlight has a few settings, ONE of them being flashing, the better one is the breathing/pulse setting that you can set with changing colours, changing solid colors, or pulse just one colour. The default is what you saw which is not pleasing.
I use red dragon keyboards are the best part but they dont know how to use it,such as you can change the colers and make it not flashing

Ive had that mouse for 3 years and i love it to death ive tossed 3 corsair mouses a g602 and a deathadder because i prefer that mouse over them.

I have it it’s so worth it if you are just starting out. I wouldn’t say the headset is the best but everything else is so great! I recommend buying it

I actually had that headset before my Corsair void pros, and honestly the sound quality felt about the same. id also recommend that for anyone on a tight budget.

NOTE THAT THIS SOME OF THESE KEYBOARDS HAVE A PROBLEM WHERE THE SPACEBAR SQUEAKS AND ITS SUPPPER FRUSTRATING (it can be fixed with some lube but rather get it swapped at the store you bought it)
The corsair bundle was a Christmas/Black Friday deal over here. It's been $100 since the new year at my Best Buy.
the buttons on the keyboard is for power nad sleep , u change the color by FN + del , home, page up down , etc..

I know it sounds silly, but my a4Tech bloody v7 mouse had that exact same issue.
I was fairly disappointed with that given how everyone was raving about the model's supposedly amazing price to performance ratio, but it quickly went away once the buttons "gave in" and never came back.

I got the Red Dragon bundle before, everything was pretty decent. But not even 2 months later my headphones broke. One of the speakers wouldnt even work anymore, and the headphone size adjustment thing broke as well, so while one speak was broken, the other side of the pair was sagging
My kb and muse combo were almost identical, except my keyboard has much less flex, no dedicated media keys and better lighting. My mouse was pretty much the same, except blue and no weights. I've upgraded to the corsair harpoon. The keyboard is pretty good imo.

I haven’t watched the entire video yet, but I can assume that they don’t think it’s garbage at the end. There’s a reason Red Dragon is so popular, they’re products are cheap and sturdy. Hell, I’m using a Keyboard and mouse form them rn, and I love both of them.

I love my Reddragon keyboard, it's the Surya, and it's a mechanical keyboard with a strong metal frame that doesn't flex at all, and only cost $55 usd.
What would you guys suggest for k+m with customizable RGB lights, not looking for anything fancy, just full k+m combo. Or maybeanything separate?...
Fun fact if get the set with the mechanical keyboard, the first one that breaks will be that keyboard. It made me love membrane more.
I've been using that mouse and keyboard for 2 years now and got it as a bundle. The mouse grip has definitely noticeable wear after a year, and doesn't have anymore after 2 years. Keyboard power button is a total inconveience if you accidently press it while doing something important. The membrane keyboard doesn't wiggle much compared to most membrane keyboards. I go on the computer around 4-6 hours on average per day, and do mostly gaming (majority is League of Legends). Characters on keyboard doesn't wear down. I would recommend both the keyboard and mice for low budgets, and would not recommend buying anything a lot cheaper than this for gaming purposes

Honestly, the keyboard was my favorite part of the combo. I even had a spill on it, and it still works. I'm not super sold on the mouse, even though I use it. It's not horrible, but it bugs out on me once in awhile and clicks on its own. I didn't get the one with the headset or pad.
I have it for my 2nd pc that i barely use and the keys are way too hard to push down on
this was the first gaming kb&m bundle i ever got, i loved the thing being how i was 10 years old not knowing much about quailty, this was back in 2016 i think its a good starter gaming product never had any issues i used it all the way up untill 2019, but for the price i think totally anyone should get it for their kid if they ask for a gaming kb&m :)

I bought the mechanical keyboard version for my god son, and it's incredibly loud. Way more solid than that membrane noodle in your kit though. Rest of the bundle was the same as the one you just tested.

I have the exact same Red Dragon bundle that i got from Takealot. For some reason when I hold in the left shift, the "U" button doesnt want to work. any possible solution? Oh, and sometimes when I load up my pc then my mouse freezes severely until i unplug it then plug it in again -_-
The sound of the headphones is pretty good, clear and decent bass. Especially if you have a 3rd party equaliser app like FxSound. Windows default equaliser is trash, even the Bang n Olfsen equaliser I have on my machine is not good.

All comes down to comparative price, performance and what you are buying it for... If you play games for 30 minutes/ day it could be worth it. If you use your computer 4 hrs+/ day spend the money on good peripherals to look after your hands.

My experience after 1 month of using these: The mouse and keyboard are still the same as the first day I got them, but the microphone only got worse. And if you aren't careful with the headset then they are gonna break in 1 month. Mine is still working but not the best. A very strong bundle tho
