The section of the road with the trees lining the street and forming a tunnel- right before Sandy Bay is breathtaking. Jamaica has a lot of beautiful scenery that just needs to be kept manicured and cared for.

Excellent video. So clear. I was supposed to be in Jamaica next month but due to the Coronavirus, I don't think I will see this beautiful isle until early next year at the earliest. So I am here, sitting in the dark, so I can see nothing else but the screen and pretend I am driving through St James. 😀👍🏼

This video is the best. What you are doing is giving free advertisement for the island. I was born and raised in Westmoreland and I've never been the this side of the island. I visited 12 parishes and slept in 8 of them. I thought I knew Jamaica but this video right here makes me want to take a road trip next time am on the island. God bless and keep up the good work.

Visiting Jamaica from the US in a couple of weeks and trying to see I want to attempt driving from my hotel in Falmouth to Negril one of the days (its going to be at least 6 people). It would be so much cheaper to rent a van, but I have never driven on the opposite side of the road before....Thank you for uploading. It makes me feel a tad bit better.

OH BOY..thinks brings back memories...I've made this trip at least a hundred times when a lived in JA. Yeah, I remember the speed bump between Lucea and Green Island, where many people wrecked their rides..Mr. Reed's liquor store in Green Island, where we used to stash up...Half Moon beach right after Green Island..Hi to Andrew and the crew!!..Christina's restaurant in Orange Bay..the grand morass...those were the days..but it didn't change a lot apparently...which is good..this stretch is real Jamaica!!

Drove it twice, both ways, in a bus. THEN I found out about " TIM'S AIR", pipercubs out of Montego, 2 Negril, there in 20 minutes
This place cannot be compared to nowhere else in this world, people are warm and kind and friendly...my family and I bought food 4 o'clock in the morning, those people were wide awake. To anyone wanting to travel there, go you will not be disappointed not one day. We had a driver named Warren, he was simply the best tour guide in the world man, super cool and knowledgeable. I like to visit different country at least once, but I don't think that nobody can go to Jamaica once...it is simply impossible . Love Jamrock
I dont do airplane.. won't do boats for now.. I love to drive and ur blog gives me the front passenger seat view of a beautiful country and its people and landscape.. blessing to u. For this is the next best thing.. I'm addicted already...🙏😍👍😎🚘

(4 cams)6 to 12- hour record times. heat shield to prevent overheating and sun warming. Ajustable Side cams to record landscape in simtanious and multi recording modes. I'm a full size vanner getting ready for national convention this summer. Have GMC savana with a vandura custom trailer. It's too big and long to bring .. I'd stay a whole year and tour the country If I could.. I don't have drones.. but I do have rc helicopters with go-pro cams

What wonderful memories of this particular route came rushing by, especially when we've got to Sandy Bay Post Office, my locality as a child growing up in Jamaica. My head grew, (used to be an old saying of my old folks - basically overcome with emotion) to be watching from my armchair abroad and felt as though I'm actually there, is just something else. I thank the Lord for this lovely part of technology. I also thank you again for the filming. I've also shared the video with 2 non Jamaican friends, so far, for them to see our beautiful country and to also have a free arm chair trip.

Happy to see this road and my hometown of Lucea. The Government needs to maintain the original part of the North-Coast Highway better Lucea-Negril especially, the patching is so bumpy and uneven. Absolutely terrible from the government. Still brings back memories. Soon come Ja!

Tons of investment is coming in & a lot of ppl are being hired due to new businesses popping up. There has been a slight decrease in business confidence due to high crime & the in consistent dollar but things are improving.

Yep and more than two times bigger than Trinidad and Tobago and almost twice the size of Puerto Rico. Also about twice the size of the hawaii big island. This is why so much goes on in Jamaica and why the Chinese locked on.
