honestly these were born here. The ones you see on Instagram and out and about are international students here. The increase in their numbers are due to the government allowing them to work off campus. Once you stop that then you would solve that issues. Sadly these serious crimes are committed by Canadians

What a wonderful culture these people spread throughout the country everywhere they turn up.
I grew up in Toronto and worked there most of my life. I have interacted with thousands of people from most parts of the world over 60 years yet there are 15 names of people charged and I have never crossed paths with a single person with these names. Where do these people come from? Please post country of origin so I can be better educated.
I hope our laws change so we can defend ourselves without prosecution.
