    Hi Guys, I added sound effects and changed the music in this video to make it more pleasant. What do you think? Did it make any difference? Thanks for the feedback

      Music is too loud/offensive. maybe not piano?

      The music distracts and doesn’t add value in these videos. The sound effects are fine!

    I schedule out my day in time blocks. I allow for fitness, eating, cleaning, work, entertainment and sleep. It has allowed me to see where i can spend less or more time by the results I get. It has hands down changed my productivity and now I am not overworking or neglecting my health.

  • @paulpease8254
    @paulpease8254 7 місяців тому +6

    The large blocks of time really resonate with me. A few hours is not enough time to even engage my brain. When I was a research scientist the several week focus on something was routine. Of course I would have some meetings or whatever. But my main focus would be on getting a single experiment done. Great progress could be made that way. I could never have finished anything if I had like an hour a day. Also, anything that doesn’t take a serious amount of time to accomplish probably isn’t that valuable anyways.

    Of all the self help videos out there I've found your videos are very clear and informative while getting to points quick without glossing over any significant details. Thank you for giving me the jump I needed to start my new better self journey! I am working on myself and I can finally see a clear path moving forward.

    You make these lessons more engaging than anyone else. There are so many videos teaching similar things, but none of it has clicked until now. You've made all these conceptual loose ends cement into my brain, finally. I'm so glad I found your channel, thanks dude ❤

      I think your voice is perfect too, I actually want to listen to the message instead of getting distracted by the persona you're putting out.
      I'm not over here forcing myself to understand and relate to the 'business dude' whos probably talking about how hot his sauna is instead of helping me 😂

    Do NOT ignore your weaknesses, OUTSOURCE them. Pay someone to do what you can't.

    • @henryofozor1602
      @henryofozor1602 7 місяців тому +1

      That is same as ignoring it . Of course someone has to do the job , delegate it and focus on your strengths

    • @willcapozzi
      @willcapozzi 7 місяців тому

      I guess that depends on how you define ignore. They do mention hiring someone later in the video but the use of the word "ignore" at the beginning was a bit strong.

    • @henryofozor1602
      @henryofozor1602 7 місяців тому

      @@willcapozzi reason it's important thr whole content is consumed to understand the context of the conversation

    • @willcapozzi
      @willcapozzi 7 місяців тому +1

      Context is important but it doesn't always change the meaning of a word. Ignore doesn't have many definitions, it's poorly used here. I did jump the gun on my first comment and should have waited to the end to add a more complete thought to comment section.

      Debatable tbh, if a graphic designer isn’t good at blander then he can obviously not focus on it and strengthen his graphic skills. It’s just a double edged sword

    I agree for the most part but jobs now days expect you to multitask and do tasks you're not even qualified for.
    As far as weaknesses, depends on your job. If you're a professional boxer, shouldnt you concentrate on both weaknesses and strengths?
    Anyhow, good video and thought provoking, thanks.

    Yes your changes made a difference, I like the new background music because it gives a upbeat momemnum vibration while simultaneously eluding to something good is coming soon. It is the kind of sound you like to hear in an elevator if you pressed floor 100 and a person got on/off at each floor.
