  • Is it really an obscure, even rare version of the Singer model 15?
    No… not really…
But it looks odd - Different compared to the classic lines of an old late 19th century/ early 20th century Singer 15 or 15k.
What is this 15m ? And how to operate a Singer 15m domestic sewing machine?
Starting by winding a bobbin, threading and up to the (very first time) sewing with this awesome machine!
I will show you how to everything. To do that, I used an hand cranked 15m model, but the same applies to all other 15m-models (by my limited knowledge…).
The featured Singer 15m was made in Monza, Italy.
    Featured machines:
An stylish Italian Singer model 15m
    A tired 1948 Singer model 15k88
    Trashed 1922 Singer 15k
And: Supernice 1955 Singer 201k mark 2, a good Singer 99k and slightly better Singer 185k.
I have multiple vids online on Singer sewing machines. Feel free to watch more…
Note: English is not my native language. My sincere apologies for any mispronunciations!

Peculiar machines, seen some marked 15M88 on the manual with a different frame, same as 15K88 I think.
One even had fascist insignia and all markings written in Italian.
