    Jermaine Stewart was such a trend-setter, gone too soon. As a former DJ from the 1980s, his dance moves & couture were unique!

      I feel the same way, As a matter of fact. I'm now learning that he was a Gay-man. Sadly, I'm sure there's many more (Especially) Black heterosexual men that wouldn't be comfortable complimenting this gentleman. RIP. dude and my condolences to his family.

    Loved this guy,he was from the South Suburbs outside of Chicago and buried in Homewood. Sad that he died in his prime.My mom and her partner remember him when he was a young person.

    The interviewer was a bit of jerk but Jermaine showed class and good humor. Asking about straightening hair and assuming it was a wig and made in Japan when his own hair looks coiffed, styled and colored is plain rude. RIP Jermaine Stewart you were really were one of the best dressed men in music. He did what Jeffrey Daniels couldn't do and that's have hit records as a solo artist, good for him.

    I dont like the way Roger speaks to him. It might be funny to him but i think he is bordering on rude. Jermaine however is so charming and friendly and really easy going. He is so genuine and such a wonderful person. I am so sad he left us so young. He was such an amazing performer and singer and lovely too xxx

      He was actually a background dancer for Shalamar. The actual singers of the group were Howard Hewett, Jody Watley and Jeffrey Daniel.

      Well many men in the industry who sung about women we're gay. A good example is George Michael, and Luther vandross. Of course we all have our own opinions but Jermaine was a wonderful guy and it should be left at that and your sexuality should never matter, whether you're gay, or straight. 💓💓
