- Today we build the most hated comp truck ever. Well maybe not. But close to it im sure. Lol. This will be built with all Powerhobby parts except for the body, esc/motor and radio. So far its pretty cool. I think its gonna work well. Stay tuned for the next installment. The body. Will be super short. Then electronics. Then we drive it.

I say most. The transmission is not available anymore and has been pulled from my site along with the Powerhobby site. Something new is coming soon. I will update when that happens.
Mine isn’t PH, but I built a very similar build a year ago. When budget is a reality. You do what you have to do. Love my Capra G3, Dulx, Holmes, VooDoo, Vanquish build too. But my cheap rig is really fun and I don’t worry about hurting it.

I've got a mostly (90%) injora/power hobby and I frkn love it ! It's one that will never leave my possession and that I pick up 9x outta 10 for weekend fun runs.
Are there more capable rigs out there ? Yes absolutely but I've made lines with my 400 knock off rig that people made with their 1k + builds

Do you have pics of your front links? Mine do not work at all. Axle tips wayy forward. Wondering if they just don't work with a stock AR44 from the 10ii XJ?

@@DixielandRC it’s actually my go to other than my phoenix I tend to grab it and go play. Though I have 1800 revolver on one of Holmes’s silencers escs it great but when I’m hiking between rocks it still has a whine to it. For me I love it.
Following. I am assembling similar parts for a similar build. Would like to see the motor you are thinking about.
Skipping a body video as it would be insanely short. So next installment will be electronics. Should be out end of the week or weekend.
Very limited on motor choices when using this style chassis and the 2low trans. I tried a 3532 out runner and it was binding up on the link ends when the suspension compressed.
Yeah, im hoping what I picked will work. Motor will be here this week. So we shall see.

Probably going to run TRX4 shocks. They are my go to really.
What do you mean by 10.2 portals ? I didn’t think the 10.2 had portals . Will the od gears for ar45 work ?
Correct, they are based off a 10.2. Ar44 gear sets look to fit.
@@DixielandRC I think I’ll give them a shot , I’m tired of paying 600 a set for vanquish or Capra stuff . I bought a set of there utb18 axles and the pin tires and liked both . They seem to make good stuff .
Yeah man, I have them listed on the site if you want to grab a set of them. I also have the brass for them.
will they be selling these axles individually for 4ws rigs ?
Im not sure. As of right now no. I will run that by the Owner of PH and see what can happen.
I would not recommend any Powerhobby products to anyone with the awful quality that company provides it's customers.
I have been selling them for a while now. So far everything has been pretty good.
I use all PH servos (of which many are rebranded as Reefs and sold by them) and I love them. They have some good products.
