I found a way that works for me. I ask “how will it feel in my body to have X”. I actually had to start with how an absence would feel “what will it feel like to not have any fear?”, After I ask I do not try to answer in words and I don’t open my eyes until I FEEL it. I can now experience bliss on command - even last week when I was in the ER with Bell’s palsy. I offer this in hopes it can work for others but I now believe we all have this capacity. I can see it in everyone now
