Don’t know why they stopped producing the X Ray,but it’s the best edc bag I have ever had.Enough room for all my daily carry gear and big enough for use as an overnight bag as well.I love it.
Bc it competes with their own bags like a rush
i got my lima some time ago.... best bag ever! :)
Finally someone calling it Velcro instead of "hook and loop." Hope the X-ray will be available again soon.

I use the 5.11 Sidetrip briefcase daily and love it! Great for the clinic or the range!
I have the Rothco "covert dispatch tactical shoulder bag". It's got a bunch of space and compartments. I've used if school to carry a bunch of books, laptop, and i've even added 3 attachments (water bottle holder, 1 large pouch, and one small). It's even got a silicone/rubber layer on the inside. Despite finding some of the used materials not as rugged as the rush delivery series looks, It costs almost half the price of the X-ray. However, if the X-ray were water proof or even water resistant, I'd purchase one.
0:35 I wouldn't clip my car keys out in the open like that. Someone can try to take them. I got the disposable glove pouch and attached it to the water bottle part on the molle and put the keys in that. Its a bit tight but works.

So they put some Velcro and molle webbing now a messenger bag is an expensive tactical bag lol.
The designers are like: oh there's nothing on the front flap so we added some low-profile tacticool Velcro molle webbing so as to increase its value
Love this bag.... except that the bottle holder doesn't fit the 32oz Nalgene. Bummer.

Yes they are the second revision with the original molle webbing now switched to black Velcro webbing

Does anyone know does the Mike version of this fit in the front fold away compartment of the Rush 72. I'd for travelling purposes
I wish it would say what size laptops fit in each bag.
I have a MSI GL72 6qd, its 12 inch by 17 inch inside a neoprene case, Would it fit into the Lima? or would I have to go to X-ray?
it seems a tad large, and I dont want to run the risk of the Lima being too small lol.

You can use a trash bag for school. Nothing should stop you from studying, bro. Use what you have, this bag looks perfect for that if you're a little tacticool.
This bag is perfect for studying as well as school, I don't have a laptop so I use the laptop sleeve to store books and documents, btw I use the Lima (Large) version
I carry mine to college. Looks great and holds all my Laptop gear! Don't forget to buy patches.

+Игорь Муха Helikon-tex looks like they make some awesome products, I've never held one. But from the specs they look much bulkier, heavier, and even more "tactical" looking that the Rush Delivery series. I work in an office setting and my Rush (Lima) is an awesome, practical, and useful bag that doesn't scream "that guy thinks he's a soldier."
