@BuilderFamily Yeah. It's all pricy for sure. Townhall has been out of my range for years, but I have a workaround for that since I dislike the X mansion set and there is a new clock piece coming in the new modular which will allow me to turn the X mansion into a townhall for a lot cheaper then the 2012 modular.

I have not watched one of your city updates in a while. It's look good. Town Hall...I feel like all LEGO is pricy these days.
