Around 2:53 you use what appears to be a digital torque wrench or something. What did you use that for, and what are the settings? I have a 900 classic LT. Do you think it's the same torque pressure if that is what that is for?
Hi, looks great.. can You tell me how much flatter is this one if You compare it to stock? I have problem that stock one is pushing my leg after i installed forward controls… so i need to replace stock filter with some thinner…
Thanks for watching. Love my 1300. The previous owner had the computer tuned. Once I installed the exhaust, I felt the need for the intake. Definitely an improvement! Stay safe!

I used a 1/4 digital torque Adapter. It connects on to a ratchet. I think the settings are 35 inch pounds. I got the specs from the service manual.

It's about an inch flatter than the OEM.
Looks great. Thanks for the video. I have the same year V Star too. Did you feel the need for a fuel controller?

@@wonkster1970Hey I have a question do you still have that v Star 1300
Yes I still.have the 1300.
Do you have to change the left side too?
You don't have to change the left side of the engine. I left mine on.
@@wonkster1970 so you only have a cobra on one side?
The right side of the engine has the air filter. The left side just has a chrome cover.
Why don't you show how it works?
It works great!
