Cool demo. I like your magnet test fixtures. How'd you seal off the hydrogen in the tube?
The type of Plasma described here is termed Glow-discharge plasma which is a Resonant discharge of a low-pressure gas. More than The Tesla -Coil, a Rumkhroff coil is employed in a classical stand point.
Thankyou so much for sharing
Great content keep it up!
Aye! I vote in favour!
holy shit this is so cool! thank you
Nice work. Some of these setups emit x rays, so if possible do some measurements
Can you tell us how you performed and calculated the impendance matching of the HF coil?
I once accidentally damaged a Hydrogen thyratron by playing around with a magnet to focus the plasma. At the low on voltage, and high charge to mass ratio of Hydrogen, the plasma could be focused to a pin point (I burned a hole in the grid)
Use resonant frequence to induce Dielectric Induction using "so called entanglement" anyway pancake coils are cool
Nice video! Is the hydrogen plasma emitting ultraviolet? Do you need ultraviolet eye protection? Do you have schematics of your set up? What kind of Tesla coil? Apologies for so many questions. I am excited to replicate your experiment. Thanks again for a superb video!
high energy ultraviolet is filtered by the glass
Can you build a plasma shield .if so can you use it for reentry on a spacecraft
2:13 looks like a modulated crt coil signal makes a moving plasma image
How are you ionizing the hydrogen in the first couple shots?
Tesla coil
I wonder how that changes with hot plasma?
Looks like a birkland current

is it possible to harness electrons from the plasma
I was messing with sound and thermoacoustics,,, got the sound to spin in a doughnut and the heat followed and then it made water and spun that in a doughnut in an opposing polarity electromagnetic field.. and the water got electrolysed into hydrogen that was thermally heated and vibrated into plasma in that doughnut.. and then I got scared.... no idea how much power it produces..... I was just trying to make energy from sound and feedback and I think I discovered more than I bargained for. I'm holding off on patenting it because I think it's too dangerous. It's like a galaxy in a box... so it may even slow time because it makes gravity. The initial 14 million volts is produced with believe it or not .. a 500 lb xylophone key bouncing on some really big piezoelectric disks.. and I only had to sing to it to get it to bounce. If your stuck on a planet such as ours in the middle of the desert.. you need a machine that can make air, water, electricity and gravity from sound and feedback.. otherwise your screwed.. and that is exactly what I designed. What happens to patents that make power and cost nothing to run? The military takes it from you don't they? Hero you go.... for less than 2000 dollars in materials you can slow time and live for 1000 years.. it will never see the light of day. There is certainly something about time..... that really doesn't exist... that something I invented today was used in the past.
Did you mean 500 gram xylophone?
@@DK-gl3ih lb...I explain it in 3 videos about the galaxy. The power output depends on how powerful the electromagnet is...
But hydrogen is not ion. How does magnetic field effect on it?
Hydrogen in this video is ionized, so it became a plasma. So now it consists of protons and electrons, hence it can be affected by magnetic fields. Some Hydrogen stay as either atomic and molecular hydrogen but excited (electrons' transition within the electron orbits). That's where the purple light is coming from.
@@iheartnuclear8517 what about the new fusion energy that scientists trying to make nuclear fusion. Is that the same?
@@vahagnmelikyan2906 Fusion plasmas are beyond cold plasma which is shown in the video. It requires thermal plasma and beyond (ion kinetic energy of 100 keV if I remember correctly). But if we have the right plasma heating system we can definitely put this plasma up to that point, but it's not worth for energy production since proton-proton fusion chain is not efficient to be done artificially. It's what the stars do!
@@iheartnuclear8517 maybe a titanium container filled with hydrogen, in a vacuum space, with microwave and magnetic field will do?
@@vahagnmelikyan2906 Titanium could work since it's not ferromagnetic, but heating hydrogen works best with 13.56 MHz (lower frequency than 2.45GHz Microwave) plus Ion Cyclotron Resonance! I encourage you to look up the VASIMR, which is basically what I just told you!
Obviously matching the resonant frequency of two objects links them in in a prime evil entanglement but that word is more made up basically it's Magic because the root of the word magnet it magic
Can we chat via email? I want to send you some 3D designs that maybe you will get some use out of.
Thank you! It's sednainstitute@gmail.com
Although don't listen to me I'm just some guy on youtube
The gas is expanding causing compression. You need to add oxygen at a minimum rate. Try Tetra nitrogen containment.
