Girl, you need to sit down and relax. I was the busy mom who worked, teaching at the University, I did all the shopping and cooking for my daughter, Aunt, Grandma and mom. They were all terminally I’ll and I’m a only child. So every single thing that needed to get done it was me who had to do it all. I started every morning with a shower and a Cold RED BULL. Little did I know how bad caffeine is on your heart. I every one is gone now. I was not feeling well and still had trouble getting rest and sleeping. I was at work and my student assistant said I needed to call the ambulance. I was white with sunken eyes and Blue lips. I ended up in ER thinking I had Bronchitis or Pneumonia, 😮nope I was literally dying. With everything going on and me getting it all done I was in ER and 4 Doctors showed up at my bed and said I would have died if I hadn’t come in that night. I’m all alone hearing my heart valves had blown up and my lungs were not getting blood and they were dying. I was in the hospital over a month and dyed on the surgery table on a heart & lung machine. I had 6 blood 🩸 transfers and still woke up on a ventilator. I’m only saying this because I had no idea all the caffeine was causing my heart to overwork and put to much pressure on the valves that helps the circulation of blood from your heart to your lungs. I never got to even clean out my stuff from my classroom and desk. I had to medically retire. My life is not enjoyable at all. Just be careful with your needs and health. You are a doer and don’t put your health first & that can hit you hard one day. I didn’t even see it coming. ❤🙏🏼🌹Take Care
