So I have a 2017 ezgo txt gas cart. Living in Georgia I’m always riding trails and going Through mud. I’m always making it through the mud but would feel more comfortable converting it to 4x4. I know with electric carts they make a kit for it. But how would I go about it with a gas cart
What made the upgraded controller so useful? I’m rocking factory and if it’s that great I need to get one. Did it improve performance with the controller alone?
Fun video. Just got our first golf cart. A 2021 yamaha dribe2 6 passenger. So far in installed your same side mirrors. At the dealer we had the seats, upholstery and roof upgraded. This weekend I'm working on a center rear view mirror. We just posted a video of our new cart of you wanna check out out. 😁 🌈 :Nic
I've got you covered! I'm finishing up a gear upgrade video as I write this! Them possibly an upgrade to disc brakes and then a led blinker mirror upgrade!
You should really knock the slag off/clean up the weld and paint that, to keep everything from rusting through in a couple of years (and to just make it look nicer down there)
Absolutely right Tyler! I ended up doing that later when I was welding back the brush guard on the front. It's critical to clean those welds up and paint them to protect from rust! Thanks for the comment!
Yes, the controller will make it go faster. The Alltrax controller I installed is a single upgrade that you can perform without making any other changes to make it faster.
That's funny. I drove through it on Sunday. Never been before so I took a but of a guess. I have never seen a golf cart community like that. Very cool. I'm looking to move local to you probably Melbourne.
This is awesome, I just bought my first cart 2001 txt bone stock. Love all the upgrades .
I just finished a motor upgrade last weekend. Editing that video now 😁. Look for it soon if it's something else you're interested in.
I really would like your hitch install modification, I have a MADD Jack rear step which is plastic so I have to do some fabrication
I'll see if I can cover it in a future video. I'm working on an upgraded gear video now.

I haven't seen that, but perhaps someone else can answer your question. Sounds like a really cool conversation though!

Remove all paint from the metal before welding. Clean it aswell. Just incase, well you dont want it to crack. Hugs.
I actually have another video where I did just that! I'll get it posted soon.

Just got my first golf cart and learning the ins and outs. Does the controller makes it go faster?

@@AndiWofford What was the top speed when you changed out the controller?
@@ThienCao850 I'd say around 19-20 mph. I have 23" tires on it and that was at 36v.
Do you still have it at 36 volts? Is the controller the only performance upgrade?
Nice
Hay Andi. I'm in fl also. What city are you in viera?
Nice work.
Thank you! Yes, I'm in Viera mostly, but I travel quite a bit.

@@seriouslyson6559 All of the sidewalks are 8 feet to accommodate 2 passing golf carts. I love this community!
Did the new controller affect range?
I hope you didn't break a nail doing all this work. ;)
Lol, I'm always careful 😂
@@AndiWofford I myself can count on getting some kind of cut or puncture every time i get into a project..... I have it down to an art form. ;[

War Eagle Danny!
These videos kill me, their just like Harley Davidson meaning the cart makers and aftermarket vendors try to make you think you need tons of extras.
