    I truly enjoyed watching you all making the banana bread too father Gireminded me of my dad he always liked to help us when we would can peaches and he was also a farmer we would pick them 9 bushels 1 year then can them with 5 of us lot of work when you live on a farm in the winter in Michigan you enjoy all your hard work

    Do I drain the pineapple juice first and then ad pineapple??
    I agree with your mom, one batch at a time…it taste better on a lot of recipes!

      I usually add the juice in as well… I think it depends on how sweet you want it!

    2 tsp of baking powder or baking soda cuz the grandma said Baking Powder in the clip but the recipe in Description said Baking Soda? Thanks!

    Your mom is always smiling, pleasant& cheerful, your dad awesome he must have a lot of stories to tell, would love to hear ghost encounters from Hilo and Oahu.       You can drain some of the juice... you can also use some to add back in for more sweetness.

      Banana Bread Recipe:
      3 eggs
      2 C. sugar
      1 C. Oil
      2 C. bananas
      3 C. sifted flour
      1 tsp vanilla
      1 tsp salt
      1 tsp cinnamon
      2 tsp baking soda
      1 8 oz can crushed pineapple

    Your Moms mentioned baking powder (something about clumping etc.) in the video..., don't see it listed on/in the recipe?? and how much..., please advise/confirm/verify - Many thx! - PPA

    You use your classic vintage Pyrex mixing bowls! And, I agree, that glass bowl from a stand mixer makes the best mixing bowl.

      Just an update. I just made the banana bread. It came out super moist and yummy. I just change the sugar to coconut sugar cos thats what i have. Will you extend my gratefulness to your wonderful parents. this will be my banana bread recipe in the future. My kids loved it. Onolicous
