I am using sanitary pads from past 10 years but never let it For long time.. I change in every 6 hours... And i never use tempon or menstrual cup cz pads are my comfort zone..and i always take a deep hot shower in my period days for personal hygiene..

started using menstrual cup from last 9 months and its actually way better than pads. menstrual cup can hold blood for around 8-12 hours as mentioned on the pack and also depends on flow. And also one menstrual cup is enough for around 8-10 years. It causes no rashes no discomfort and save us from the guilt of ruining our environment. I think all the ladies reading this should definitely give it a try. 😊 Just remember that the first pad you used in life is still there in the environment becuase they have more than 90% plastic in them which also harms your body whereas menstrual cups are made up of silicone which are non reactive with your body. Give it a try for sure it will change your life like mine😊

@@munirakhokhar yes absolutely.. and you forgot to multiply the cost with 12 and also more than 6 pads are used in one month period so it costs around 1000 rupees or more in just a year if you use big size pads. and for 15 years it will be more than 15000 and a menstrual cup only 250 rs.

After watching your video didi (on menstrual cup ) .I switched to menstrual cup from sanitary pads . And i feel like WHY DIDN'T I KNOW THIS BEFORE .
Pros of menstrual cup -- 1. Tension free 2. Very comfortable 3. No rashes 4. Very very helpful in winters (bcz wo wet wet wali feeling ahhh bhott thand lgti h usme 😅😅) 5. Your Period days be like normal days
Some cons are-- 1. Messy 2. Little bit (just little bit) painful in removal (time consuming also REMOVE ,WASH THEN REINSERT) 3. Your hymen may break ( When i found out that it may break hymen then i thought that what is important for you - your health or proving someone about your virginity . I CHOOSE MY HEALTH FIRST 😇) .
I WOULD SUGGEST THAT EVERY GIRL SHOULD TRY IT ONCE .REALLY YOU WILL LIKE THE PRODUCT .

Di I am on my periods I use pad but yesterday I was at my relatives place so I was not able to change pad which I wore pad approximately 10 hours but in mid of night my vagina was so itchy way too much and it does same sometimes what should I do? I told about this to my mom but she said it's normal

You should meet a doctor if it happens everytime doctor might suggest you any cream, wash ,etc
Also make sure you keep the vaginal area clean
Both partners must wash hands properly before intimation
Also if you use any lube etc then check if that lube maybe causing the problem
Or any product that you use in vaginal area might be the reason so check that out

I use one oad in morning till the night & in night I change my pad nd use a New one that's changed in next morning.....
I use coconut oil all around the area that is going to be in touch with my pad.... that's why pads never sticks with my body I feel comfortable in this way I avoid bad smell n rashes as well.
Even if ur blood flow is less it is not safe to keep one pad for 12 hours , it's too long . Try to change it for 5-6 hours
To aap small size pad use kre jyda bde use hi na kre
Dnt use one pad for more than 4/5 hour

Menstrual cup can cause TSS( toxic shock syndrome ) which is life threatening condition. It's rare . !! But still exist. Because of it many years ago tampons and cups were replaced by pads . When we were in MBBS 2nd year that time we have seen one case and TSS itself is frequently asked question in our exams. Due to its severity.
Tampons or cups can be use but with proper guidelines. They are also not 💯 guaranteed
