    So my B12 is at 406, normal range apparently is 232-1245, I fall within normal on blood test, can I still get symptoms of B12 deficiency? Great video

      Mine is 943 and you say normal range is up to 1245. I was concerned that mine was too high.

    Mine are all high. Not taking supplements any more. I've realised supplements are dangerous.
