Quick fluffy cake - Today I'm baking a very tasty, easy cake for the weekend. I make this cake when I really don't have time. Put all the ingredients in the bowl, stir briefly, put apricots on top and the cake can go in the oven. Happy baking!

Ich habe so einen ähnlichen Kuchen gebacken, aber mit Äpfeln und statt Öl mit Butter. Werde beim nächsten mal die Butter weg lassen, da die Haselnüsse auch viel Öl enthalten und der Kuchen viel zu schwer wird. War aber trotzdem sehr lecker.
