How to Grease and/or Change your wheels on a Gratz or Basil Reformer

Your classical Pilates Reformer needs its wheels greased every 6 months to ensure a smooth ride. Gratz and Basil Reformers use the same wheels, so this tutorial covers both brands. It's fairly simple, and all you need is two 1/2" wrenches and a 5/32" allen wrench! Non-techies shouldn't be afraid of this process.
