I have an idea for a new weapon in the rewrite Njord's boots: this magneta and golden coloured boots are builded by sindri in honor to the vanir god, they allow you to fast travel and have the use of light magic, whenever you run it leaves an light track, this boots will also power up kicks and cause stun whenever the re used, you can use any weapons while doing its rush, similar mechanics to the hermes boots. I think as of fast travel, This boots would be a nice adition.
this is a great video and i think its good to compare but in the end i dont think either of them are better then the other. the same goes with both the old and new games. its like apples and oranges. their both considered masterpieces even though they have some shortcomings the other dont and are weaker in some areas than the others because they excell at what they were trying to do. the old god of wars were amazing when it came to the spectical and has some good story to help it along. the new god of war games have amazing ass story with some nice spectical to bring it out. you went to the first games for that amazing giant ass fights with the dramatic hype ass music and amazing set pieces with incredible gameplay along with some investment in seeing kratos get his revenge against the gods and seeing how it effects him and the world around him. you went to the new games for that amazing father and son expierence with great side character were you got to see kratos grow and become a better person as he raises atreus and lets go of the hate with some of that god and giant monster killing with the new advanced gameplay.
both zues and odin excell at what they were made to do. zues was the biggest bad. he was supposed to be this gaint unstoppable threating force . and odin was supposed to be a sneaky motherfucker. they both played their character well its just that zues was soppised to be a bit more one note like a more advanced bowser while odin was supposed to have a bit more personal impact to the story and the characters. they both have great story but one was soppised to be more fleshed out while the other was supposed to be the big spectacular bad
@@ceferinomontagna438 Both Zues and Odin definitely succeeded in the direction they were intended to have. Though they have their differences it’s crazy how they end up in extremely similar situations. Both feared their future and deaths. Both screwed many over. Different characters with the same outcome,
Dude the moment I saw your venom video I was latched on. How are you this underrated?? I’ve enabled notifications and I can’t wait for the next video bro. I’ve binged a few videos you’ve made in the past and am gonna continue to do so. There’s no way this is not a legend in the making
The thing ragnarok missed was the quick time events. Where in God of War 3 we could do quick time event with afrodites(if that was her name. Ragnarok and 2018 needed those with sif and freya, or faye in flashback😂
I feel like there's a lot of classic God of War fans that act really elitist about the old games, I see where they're coming from but I'm not one of them so it's cool to see another classic GoW fan give the new games the respect they deserve. Great video.
I was there since 2005. Loved the old games, but imo the Norse games took the series to a well-needed whole new level. I think it would've been a big mistake to just keep the old formula. It already became stagnant after GoW III imo. 3 was good but i was also done with the same. To me, the Norse games were so refreshing.
honestly, i dont think beating young kratos is much of a flex lol. he was impetuous, reckless, and lacked control; essentially, a child throwing a tantrum. yes he was physically and divinely strong but older kratos has the wisdom, patience, and control to make himself truly dangerous. it's the difference between a loud, shouting anger and a quiet rage, and we all know which one is the real danger odin operated almost like a combination mob boss/cult leader. he threatened and manipulated everyone in the realms to get what he wanted AND he had fanatical true believers to fight for him, as well. to me, it resembles the batman argument: with enough time to prepare, odin would absolutely beat zeus, who's pretty damn easy to figure out. he only failed to beat kratos and atreus because his own ego blinded him to the possibility of them changing; he would not have that problem with zeus
>zeus in gow3 I’d say odin was better. Zeus in 3 jobs too hard to grabs and odin allows for more creativity overall(as well as being more technical). Although since you mean hype I agree, although to be fair odin was pretty hype(aside from the screaming part). I do think you underrate odin in terms of hype though. I honestly think it’s more hype than god of war 2 zeus and has a better spectacle(zeus turning big was limited and was just fine gameplay wise and was rather short).
7:30 to be fair if krate wanted to he would have ended him there. It was more so luck he survived. And when they fight in gaias heart it’s ass whopping for him there, and he caught krate out of guard with the power of fear.
About odin and him not being the most powerful, it’s complicated. He did gain all that he has from his power in general. So his reign is definitely based off of his power, but as thor said, he’s a man who is afraid to get his hands dirty due to how lazy and selfish he is similar to zeus. He only fights when he has no choice left. And while him killing brok in general may not seem like it did much, it did in reality due to the fact it broke morale, it even made it in general where sindri didn’t even bring the dwarves to ragnarok which resulted to them almost losing to the einherjar if it weren’t for the KEKtreus Spartan rage.
Zeus absolutely Negs Norse pantheon like Odin fought a weaker version of kratos who lost almost all of his amps and equipments While 1 Stab of blade of olympus wasn't enough to kill Zeus and later on he literally overpowered the blade of olympus with power of Fear
Idk about that whole power aspect, Odin faught a much older much stronger much wiser Kratos than Zues. Odin also killed Ymir a damn primordial
Still Zeus would win
Zeus one shotted all titans with the blade of olympus. If he had it he would kill odin.
I mean zeus fought a bloodlusted Kratos with the power of hope
Not to mention Odin v Kratos was a 3v1, with the 3 including Freya who was seen as an equal to Kratos by Kratos himself.
@@sharxtheguy1383Freya can destroy worlds? Maybe he meant something like skills and techniques

I appreciate that dearly. Hopefully we can make it there lol
Amazing analysis bro💯🥶 10:10
13:22 This part killed me for some reason haha
That fan in the background working overtime
Kratos wasn’t using his full power
I personally feel like Zeus is the better and stronger villain because Odin sucks
Odin indeed sucks Ngl.
Zeus was meh!
Zeus was 100% more powerful than Odin.
"He kills a dwarf, We have another one"
Man, that's brutal ☠️

Oh yeah. We definitely gotta add more mobility to the gameplay. I’m adding this to the notes. 📝 🔥

Brother’s of Blood will forever be the best GOW song. I unfortunately don’t make the rules
One hundred and ten percent. I’m surprised they didn’t burn the studio down.
Like odin wouldn't send thor to kill zeus and after the fight (if zeus manages to defeat thor) odin would attack zeus when he is exhausted and beat
Last part = sif no dif
THE HOTTEST WHAT
That wasn’t me

they fr need to use your re - writing for a god of war ragnarok remastered
The thing ragnarok missed was the quick time events. Where in God of War 3 we could do quick time event with afrodites(if that was her name. Ragnarok and 2018 needed those with sif and freya, or faye in flashback😂

Thank you. I personally really enjoy both the classic and modern saga. If you take away one or the other, the remaining one will have a weaker impact

i always thought it was “zeus”
not sure if i caught this early but it needs more likes fr 😭🙏🏽

A NEW VIDEO, it is within their NATURE
Where that video at also I’m pretty sure she older then you dude
Beautifully edited and analyzed 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Keep it up 👍
You really gotta grammar check your titles and thumbnails. It shows lack of effort.
It took you pointing that out for me to realize I spelled Zeus wrong…
I shall hold the L
Imagine a universe were Zeus and Odin knew about each other. They did lol
Didn't the greek use to mock the norse
Nice video.
It is written Zeus and not Zues
d1 hater of odin ong
Somebody has to bring the balance
Spider-Man 2 looks like it’s gonna be what I thought gowr was gonna be meeting expectations instead of subverting them
Less than a week away gentlemen, less than a week away
Zeus is better and stronger than odin honestly XD
Zeus was meh! Got tired of the old stories after a while.
1:16 odin doesn’t really look much like a wizard to me honestly. More like a Nordic king. As well as his fighting style being more of a battle mage.
>zeus in gow3
I’d say odin was better. Zeus in 3 jobs too hard to grabs and odin allows for more creativity overall(as well as being more technical). 10:09 never really depicted it like that lol. When it plays, I always depict it being a chant for odin in general.

I would say he looks more like a Nordic Priest to me in all seriousness.

Ever though of comparing Asura and Kratos?
