Just got my first crystal singing bowl. It’s 528 Hz with the flower of life printed on it 🌼 and YES I have been feeling heavy on the pressure/release axis!!!! Super grateful for the changes taking place for all of us ❤ and doubly grateful for the work we are doing. Thank you Renee!
