For Q no. 7 I think we can create bins on Dimensions which are numeric data type. Kindly clarify
I am confused with your Q.18 solution. If I directly drag the order date to the field shelf. The answers will change. Pls clarify. I feel the right answer is just A and B. If you are saying B is correct and not E (which is understandable), option B says 'Range of Dates' and not Date of Range. Kindly, clarify.
Just a comment to clarify some points:
Q3: options b), c) and d) are correct in my opinion! Example: create a bar chart and duplicate it in another sheet. Go to one sheet and create a group using headers, then options c) and d) appear as a new mark is created modifying the headers and the existing dimension is replaced by the grouped one by default! And moreover, this only happens in one of the two sheets we have (the other one keeps the same therefore the newly group only exists in the current view we have modified therefore also b) is correct in my opinion).
Q7: tricky one but is true the answer. Just create a numeric dimension (it has not be continuous, could be discrete!) and the option will appear.
Q10: the option d) could be also correct if I got the point. We can in a dashboard show a mark for the context filter so end users could have the option to select on it and change the context.
Q11, Q12 and Q18: are well answered but would suggest to distinguish between filter options and quick filter options. Quick filter options are the ones that appear in the marks cards (the ones that are referring in the questions) as they can be modified from the dashboard side. Filter options are the ones when we drag the field in the filters shelve (for example in discrete dimensions there are four: General, Wildcard, Top and Condition).

for Q7. This applies to by default values as tableau doesn't create discrete measures by default.
Q11,12,18 - you are right. i will consider in upcoming videos.
@@AllAboutDATA100 For Q3, option d) is correct as it replaces the original dimension in rows or columns. For example, if we group two headers in 'Segment' it changes to 'Segment(group)' in the data pane and rows/columns. Please check this out.

Thanks for your feedback. but if you look at the option available for continuous measure, you will get only Range of values, At least & At most. there is no option of special for continuous measure.

Thank you for your answer. But by default tableau doesn't pick numeric value as Dimensions. That's why the answer is no.
@@AllAboutDATA100 Then you need to re write the question with the phrase in the beginning of the statement, "By default, we can create bins for dimensions". I say that becasue the question states if it can be done to specifically a dimension. And you can create a bin to a "discrete dimension". For example I can take order ID, change it to a whole number , and then I will have the option to convert to a bin.

Mostly probably yes. But you have prepare from your side as well about tableau, how its functionality works and how you can deal with questions.

I think the answer for Q. no. 3 is D
If you group the values by using the header, it does not replace the field in the row or column shelf. It alias the value names that i showed in the video as well. That's why the answer is C.
