I still run nagant precision + romero handcannon, and I can tell you it takes 3 business days for the dum dum to kill lol be better off head clicking. The pain has been real lately in this game lol
It is the razer kraken audio card with the equalizer settings copied from a Korean pro counter strike team. They got the audio figured out quite nicely

you sensitivity seems way too high ngl
That's how I roll. If you are a wrist mouse operator you need a bit higher sens settings
