Aspiring Entrepreneurs Programme (AEP) Sustainability by ​⁠‪@FATEFoundationNg‬ Proudly sponsored by Youth Business International
The AEP 125 Cohort visited ​⁠‪@RealWecyclers‬ for an industrial experience, learning about plastic, carton, nylon, and styrofoam recycling. The Chief Operating Officer, Oluwayemisi Lawal led a session on factory processes, machine functions, Wecyclers' history, and their positive impact on the environment and local employment. Her assistant, Rafiat Ayoola guided the group through the recycling stages.
Following this, I and my colleagues organized a cleanup and awareness initiative at Oyingbo market, Ebute Meta, educating locals about proper waste disposal and introducing them to WECYCLERS.
This concluded my 9-week training at FATE Foundation, with gratitude to all involved for this valuable learning opportunity. I look forward to implementing all I have learnt during the course of my training and building ​⁠‪@Dunsincrafts‬ into a more sustainable fashion brand.
