i love these vintage footage trips - we don't really have this much in the States - sure plenty of BLM's , parks and forrests. - but not like y'all.... shortly - if possible - explain why australia is trying to keep people from the bush...? is it that not everyone takes care of these places - ? and what year was this?

UN Agenda 2030. They eventually want to keep humans out of many places all over the world.
We have so much bush that gets turned into National Parks - then, as Parks are run by city based greenies, they find it easier to just gate the land off. Yes, problem is the odd idiot dumping rubbish or ripping up tracks but most people love their country. It's just easier because it's so big to shut us out - we're really starting to feel it. Probably 2010, did so many trips my memory's going....
@@JOHNROOTHROOTHY we call em "senior moments"... my mom. says all is good even talking to yourself - just don't answer.. :). Her in states the national parks are open but designated routes for offroad and vehicles - BLM - totally open and always trashed by folks that do not care to be good stewards of the land - these are the bad apples - always a few in the bunch -
