thanks for watching :)
I am German and was an au pair in the US for two years from 2014-2016. it’s fun watching an au pairs everyday life in my own country 😃❤️
Such a calming vlog, I am currently Aupairing in America, this is my last year and I am seriously thinking about Aupairing in Germany next.
Loved getting a little glimpse of your daily life!
Glad to hear it :)
Love your crocheting! Feeling inspired!
yay!
how long will you be staying in germany as an au pair? I'll be arriving around mid september and I'd love to hang out with you if you would like cause I don't have any friends there lol
My Au pair year finishes in the middle of august. if you’re going to be in the Frankfurt area dm me on instagram and I can put you in touch with some people :)
if not, the best way to find people in your area are on Facebook groups. Search ‚au pairs in „city name“‘.
Bumble bff is also great
Loved the scowl!
Don't do anything that I would do.

@@jemimafreeman thank u jemima! i love your vlogs xoxo
this is really nice .. i wanna go to germany and try this experince but i don‘t now acacully from where i should begin to find a nice family and i wanna ask you plz ..is the family will help you if you wanna continue your study in germany ?
I think it very much depends on your family, and you would have to ask them. I wasn't going to study in Germany so I didn't come across this situation.
Hi Jemima! I also now in Germany as an Au-Pair😊Which city do you live in?🙂
I live 40 minutes south of Frankfurt. What about you?
@@jemimafreeman 2 hour from Hamburg, in Cuxhaven
@@deaapril5394 oh cool! well, if you're ever near me let me know!
@@jemimafreeman Let me know if you're around too!😉
Hello can you help me plsss with some information if that's possible..?
Thanks for the video...
How they treat Au pairs... Like I want to study and be a AU pair there.. I am from India. Do they become harsh or something.. I just have fear...
Each family is different. Some families may not be so friendly, but from my personal experience, my host family is very nice, accommodating and generous.
You just have to choose your family carefully.
@@jemimafreeman and I see posts for female only... Do German don't want male as Au pair or its job for female mostly
@@thes.keshav7398 most of the au pairs I know are female. although some families do take male au pairs. I believe it is more uncommon
@@jemimafreeman thanks 👍
Danke
Dhanyawad:)
can i discuss about AU PAIR
what do you want to know?
@@jemimafreeman how can i will get sponsor visa.
If have any opportunity tell something.
I have no enough money. I am English teacher at school. I am from Bangladesh. My age 25. I am unmarried.
@@md.jaberahmed to be an Au pair you first have to get offered a position from a family. You need a contract and a letter of invitation from them, in order to get a visa appointment. You should be able to find more information on Au pair world, or on the German consulate and/or embassy website.
@@jemimafreeman its ok and i know about this.
Can i add with your any social platform like Facebook or Instagram as like a friend. Its very beneficial for me, if have any need about matter, i just knocking you and you replied me quickly. 🙂
Hey can you do part-time job along with Au-pair
Hey! It depends on what kind of visa you have, and where you're from. I had a friend who had a European passport, which meant that she didn't need a visa to work in Germany. As such, she could work multiple jobs with no problems.
But, on the Au Pair visa in Germany, you're legally not supposed to work other jobs.
I'm not sure how it is in other countries though.
Hey do you need any German language skills?
The visa requirement for an au pair in Germany is to have the a1 level certificate. But they didn’t really check mine

Oh ok fine thanks ☺️🌷
