@@Wackytacky-im5bp I tried to make it humorous, but copyrights got in the way for years. I was going to make reviews on a lot of recording equipment I got, but I got discouraged. If I can’t make it funny and interesting, there’s no point. I still intend to try. Life got weird. I have a lot more equipment now. I never expected the copyrights to lift, and that this would get this many views. Any recommendations on what I could do to make interesting videos on recording equipment?
@@jinxwren4628I only started with guitar last year, but I love music and stuff like this, I unfortunately don’t know anything about studio equipment and what not
@@jinxwren4628but find your own style of video, like other music UA-camrs, and make the equipment videos very educational for those looking into serious studio equipment, but I’m no professional unfortunately lol
@@Wackytacky-im5bp bass changed me musically. I thought it was what you played if you couldn’t play a real guitar until I got one. I started writing songs when I was 18. I tried to record them, but I only had one track recording capabilities. I realized I needed bass and drums, so I asked my dad for a bass. He got me the older Hofner in the video for my 19th birthday, and it changed me musically. I took to it immediately. It became my favorite instrument as the middle ground between the rhythm and melody. The upgrade to the HCT was great. I don’t pick it up often enough, but it’s always in tune when I do. It plays so smooth, and it always feels like magic coming out of my fingertips in a way that no six or twelve string ever has.
I bought a hi-series hofner bass guitar(ignition?) and I put on labella flat-wound string for better sound, and really it does! overall it's a great great bass guitar and I love playing it, which can always make me feel creative and somehow like... pushing me to play more notes to fill or to make up its shorter sustain
Wow, I have a probably older HTC and it looks very different, the Chinese control panel has nothing to do with it, the slat protector says contemporary, it doesn't have a serial number either. They were one of the first HTCs to hit the market, that sounds great. It seems that the manufacturing has improved a lot.
I love this video, reminds me of watching toy reviews when I was younger but now everyone is grown and this is the modern equivalent

How has that bass been treating you? I’ve been doing a lot of research on basses recently I’m looking into getting my first one here soon lol

I’ve had my Contemporary model since 2011 and it’s the only bass i’ve ever needed and will use till the day i die. It’s perfect in every way!
Agreed. I still want a Fender P bass, but I don’t need it. I’d still always play the Hofner.
Everyone should find pleasure with the Bass they have chosen.
Happiness is continuing to love the instrument you own. No matter the price

I have an Igntion Special Edition and I am very surprised by the very good overall quality.
Really cool present for yourself, sorry to hear that your dad not around anymore
