For sure, JetBlue has come a long way over the years. I feel it was like with anything else where they had to start out somewhere and the quality of service was not exactly "Gold Star" quality but as the company has evolved they have gotten progressively better as they learn their customers, find new markets, and develop different leadership philosophies. Glad to see you've have a good experience there with them, Kym. JetBlue has sure been an interesting thing to watch develop over the years here in the states--and now across the water, too. Good stuff as always.

Many years ago, I had a couple of bad customer service experiences with Jet Blue, but they turned things around and now have some of the best customer service and it's my favorite domestic airline to fly on. I have to try that Mint experience sometime, though.
If I remember correctly, JetBlue used to be one of only two airlines in the US (Southwest being the other) to not charge for the first luggage, which was a big deal for domestic US flights, although I don’t believe that is the case anymore. Nevertheless JetBlue seems to always have the better reputation in the US along with Southwest, which is kind of helped by other airlines being trash. Good to see you make a stop at my somewhat local airport of JFK!

Kym, I recently flew Air Canada Signature from Toronto to LA on my way to COTA. I was extremely impressed that the plane used was the same for the trans Atlantic leg of the flight we took from the UK. For a ‘domestic’ flight it was great. I would highly recommend you try it in the near future!
Kym I love this video. Quite entertaining all the way from Vegas to Sao Paulo. Especially loved the trip to the loo. A great way to fill up some time on a 10-hour trip. Cheers mate.
8:30 if you cant find the card you can also look up the aircraft registration and get the information there. In the majority of countries civilian aircraft registrations are publically available online and can be easily searched. All you need is the tail number.

Be careful in Brazil - crime and covid. A Friend was there last week and came back infected. He had all his Jax including the latest one that does both variants.
Jet Blue has a biz class now ? Have flown them since their inaugural route from Dulles to Fort Lauderdale they offer good service for a low cost airline !
Ok from an American.... For those of y'all from Europe... Jet blue is similar to Ryan Air however that's closer to Spirit airlines. Both are discount carriers.... Kym travels well the experience will be far different if you choose to fly economy!
Given the miserable experience I had with them last month, the answer is a resounding NO! After paying for a premium aisle seat they put me in a middle seat even though that seat, and other premium seats, remained EMPTY! Their response to my complaint was they are not under any legal obligation to provide the upgrade seat I paid for. No remorse, no customer service, no sense of obligation, no recompense. Horrible company.
Good to see Danny Ric being the legend he is. Gonna be missing something next year for sure

Jet blue is the absolute worst airlines in the US. I am based out of Boston, their home airport. Always something wrong with their fleets, delays.
