Oh Kathy Lee....how self centered you are. It's not like anybody is going to be on Kathy's side anyway. She's not even half as talented as Kristen Wiig is. Kristen is doing here job by making people laugh and Kathy is a character that writes itself.
She sees "self centered" and reads it as "drive to succeed." In a way, she's right, but there's a big dollop of self centeredness in there too, and it's really damaged her as a human being.

Kathie Lee is one of those people that's in love with their own self and the sound of their own voice, which is not that great. Nobody misses her on tv.
