  • This yoga class will guide you through a series of gentle poses and mindful breathing exercises to release tension, calm your mind, and restore a feeling balance to your body. If you're trying to conceive, pregnant or early postpartum you can practice this class - just listen out for modifications you might need to make.
    As always listen to your body and rest when you need.
