You just know it's going to be a good one when it still has the TV antenna attached to the side of the house. If it weren't for the moldy basement, I'd move right in! The red shag carpet in the basement..... WOW! What a truly amazing house with all the best that the 70s had to offer. I loved it!!!!
I built a house in late fall of 1978 and that reddish carpet was a popular choice. I always thought it looked like Spaghetti Sauce to be honest. A lot in that house reminded me of the one I built.
Really lovely house I loved all the light fittings especially the first Tiffany coloured one in the first room and the spaceship shaped one in another room it would have been a beautiful place to live in when it was new so much land glad you both didn't stay in the basement long with all that mould bad for you I kept saying to myself get out of the basement Katie was wise getting out quickly great explore both look forward to seeing your next one. Found Katie on Instagram will have a look at Katie's pictures tomorrow have a wonderful evening and a great weekend both 😘
I like this one, it's a shame to be demoed as it was of good quality build with a few nice amenities that's hard to find these days. I'd prefer an eat in size kitchen though. The lower level living area is a real beaut. Thanks for the tour You Two! 👀 👀 ~ ~ Notes: 1:05 It does have a nice front entrance. 9:02 Is nice but I bet it takes a good bit of time to detail clean. 19:50 I like this room, lots of window space, nice for watchin a winter storm while you keep warm. 20:33 Did you know that type of fixture is height adjustable? If it's functioning right, just pull down or push up on that ring at the bottom. It's what that ball is in the middle of it's cord, a retractor. 27:19 Likely the area under the front porch.
Ya mean the old lady who once upon a time in her better days sported a beehive hairdo, glue on nails, heels and drove to bridge parties in a white Lincoln convertable with the top down on the first Tuesday afternoon of every month while hubby was sweatin it out downtown at the office for money to pay for the mortgage, the Lincoln, the beauty salon, the escargot, the pool boy and the exterminator bill?? That old lady? Or the other old lady with too many kids? (No need to answer, just havin some fun with a run on sentence 👍🤪)

Super nice, other than the moldy basement. Would have been a great home to raise a family in. 👍
Cool time warp ! That basement was wicked with all the mold. Keep Orange Crushing it, Greg!

Very awesome video & explore! Awesome house too! 👍👍🤘❤️
Sad that this one needed to be leveled but that basement made it unlivable. Nice one though. Thanks
