That's the phenomenon of the world - either you fight each other or get jealous but that doesn't help anyone. Together we are stronger is very true, it develops each and every member and when it starts from young age than it compounds over time , making everyone involved exceed the limitations of normal person and it is not shocking it happens every where ( Charlie munger, Warren Buffet), (Neil bor was a student of Rutherford was an student if JJ Thompson and each one had their model of atom) , (Robert Pattinson, Charlie coz - daredevil series, Andrew Garfield were roommates) ,People who just happens to live in NYC are more likely to become entrepreneur. The thing why people go for top college is not coz they would teach you something that a fairly avg college cannot teach Or u cannot learn online - the main reason is connection. It is often the case that many people who were in the same field and were working together tirelessly and with a goal in mind will eventually become successful .

When Islam returned from his flight, you can see Abdulmanap try to carry his bag for him. My grandfather would always try to do this for me when I was younger also. You can clearly see that he sees him as another son and not just a student. Sad he couldn't see him become champion in person but I'm sure he's looking down from heaven with a big smile.
Yes but the respect islam had for his coach,he held on to the bag,did not want him to carry it,they did the same with coach javier carried his bags when he went to dagestan.
My father does that to me when I get back home, it's embarrassing for me, but I guess that's a fatherly gesture to show love and pride in their children. It's weird how men behave in similar ways across cultures and continents.

His students are champions in Bellator, UFC and ACA. It would be an understatement to say that he was an exceptional coach. There are no former or current students who say bad things about Abdulmanap. That man will be a legend for sure, at least in Russia and for UFC and MMA fans.
At :45 seconds he wouldn’t let abdulmanap take his bag. Really a subtle sign of respect that no matter the circumstance he didn’t want him to lift a finger for him if he could help it

Their teammates also left them. The more senior ones who became world champions left abdulmanap for other gyms because they got better offers. Abdulmanap thought about quiting but he had 2 studenta still khabib and islam and they promised to beat those guys when they meet in tournaments. They did and some of them came back. It's like some movie really. I hope they make one

Sir Nurmagomedov is such an admirable father, coach n human being who dedicated his life to his students creating not only great athletes but as he said most importantly good people for society. From a man who didn't have much he helped underprivileged youth n children creating opportunities. Also fighting against drugs and extremist. He impacted and changed many many lives. What a beautiful relationship. He was Islam no.1 support who is unfortunately not here with us anymore.
