    Sir i am planning to buy property from investor instead of builder as investor quotation is less builder has received the OC in dec 2023 at present i am dealing with half payment & half after a month investor is ok with it should I go with it wht all documents r will see at half payment or wht proof that investor is true investor & wht will be the procedure pls guide me

      You can ask for Allotment letter, Builder Buyer Agreement and All Payment Receipts in original and also get it verified from builder. Make sure that he get it transferred in your name, builders may charge a transfer fee and generally sellers pay it. Sign an agreement to sell with seller and if possible take a small home loan even if you don't need it. They will make sure that everything is okay.

      @@makaanmatters sir i selected one property in Mumbai so price is 8525000 so the builder has received oc he says i will do all tds work u don't need to worry it's it's OK from seller side also or I only have to do tds work & we family members r 5 can we all pay amt to builder for purchase of property is it ok & builder is saying to draw a cheque on different accounts like different for lawyer fee & various internal departments of that builder & also some cheque in name of builder also is it ok pls ans my 3 questions sir I am 25 year old my parents r not that literate it's our first house
