My secret to having so many products was taking a 6 week sabbatical from online teaching and making TpT a full-time job (in the sense of hours - because I made a total of $157 in December from the store, but knew getting the products up was important)
It absolutely is allowed. I know several authors who have never stepped foot in a classroom but still offer resources and have successful stores on TpT

@@coolgadgets7279 curriculum is very different state by state - it all depends on what kind of resources you want to make. If you want to focus on 8th grade English for example, you'd have to research curriculum examples to get an idea
I sell on TPT and I am not technically a “teacher.” I homeschool my children and I create my own resources and sell them. It isn’t only public school teachers buying things on TPT.
