April Capsule Wardrobe for Midlife Women:
Hi Beautiful!
Hear me out on this: instead of a seasonal capsule wardrobe that is worn for an entire season of the year and not changed until the season changes, what if we do a smaller monthly capsule wardrobe instead that changes at the beginning of each month?
Because I get bored with seasonal capsule wardrobes, I have decided to give a monthly capsule wardrobe a try. Here is how it works:
· Start by identifying which of the pieces (or similar pieces) that you already own and group those items together in your closet.
· Supplement with additional pieces as needed.
· Then for one month only, pull from these pieces to create your outfits for the month.
· Expand upon the core capsule wardrobe pieces as you see fit. (More on this tomorrow.)
· And when May arrives, I will introduce an ALL NEW capsule wardrobe for the month.
By rotating our capsule wardrobe each month, I think we can keep our wardrobe fresh and exciting while still maintaining a simplified and intentional approach to our personal style. Let’s all try it and see how it goes…

Yes! Yes! I can do that. I enjoy using my wardrobe and rotating pieces more based on upcoming events. This will help me get organized and excited about gatherings 2.

New to your channel. I like the calmness of the music and background colour. It makes the clothing the star. This is the first video that my cat watched all the way through. I like the monthly capsule idea as I live in Canada and the weather is up and down on a daily basis. The colours in my wardrobe are black, navy, blue, white and grey. I don't usually wear beige colours but I'm going to consider them now.

I agree, I’ve been working with a monthly capsule for nearly a year. I love the variety. The 333 formula works for me: 3 bottoms, 3 tops, 3 layers, oh and 3 footwear.

I am a combination of cool neutral and warm neutral, so I can wear just about anything except yellow. (Too much yellow in my skin)
